LG TV Issue - Flickering Screen

Hello,

My parents are having a problem with their LG TV.

After a while, for no apparent reason, the screen gets distorted (apparently there’s a sound issue as well).

I have reset the box, etc., but it doesn’t seem to be coming from that.

When it happens, they turn off the TV, and when they turn it back on, it returns to normal.

    So, the problem comes from the TV. Is it new?
