    Windows + R
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    What do you have under network adapters?

    Give the hardware identification number of the network controller
    Look at this --> Find the identification number of a device
    Post the number in your next message.
    Example image:

    Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11?
    32 or 64 bits?

    Brand and model number of the PC?
    Windows + R
    Type --> msinfo32.exe and OK
    Check in Manufacturer and model
