Sennheiser headset base not charging anymore .....

I searched for a while, my headset is not charging anymore, the charging indicator on the base remains off.

Second faulty headset

The problem is located in the headset under the charging pad with the three bars. Remove the small cover with the two Parker screws. The white wire is detached. Resolder it. My problem continues, I test the headset on the base with two new rechargeable batteries: Yessssssss the headset works and especially charges again on its base!!!!!
