Hello,

I pressed CTRL+F12 and it zoomed in when I was using the Visual Studio Code software, and now it's so zoomed in that the software is almost unusable. I hope to find someone who knows how to zoom out and reset it to the original size. Thank you in advance. (I have already tried uninstalling)

Hello,

On my VS Code, Ctrl + 0 (the zero on the numeric keypad) resets the zoom level.

If you don't have a numeric keypad, you can also go to View - Appearance - Reset zoom.

This page explains everything about keyboard shortcuts in VS Code:

https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/getstarted/keybindings

You can examine them all from File - Preferences - Keyboard Shortcuts, search for them, and detect any conflicts caused by the installation of extensions.

No, it's not zooming... neither on the browser... nor on PC nor on Mac...

Have you tried Ctrl + - and Ctrl + mouse wheel?

But for me, it does this, and yes, I've already tried.

Do you think that if I change the keyboard, it will change anything, or maybe I'm on Windows 10 and that's why it's doing this to me?

In general, when we write Ctrl + F12 it means "Control and F12", the most significant being that Ctrl should be held down when pressing F12.

But I wonder if there hasn't been confusion and that you meant "Control and Plus and F12", in which case, F12 has no effect, yes "Control and Plus" zooms in and therefore the combination that zooms out is "Control and Minus" which I wrote Ctrl + -

Hello

I already tried uninstalling

and when there's a storm and the window is open, do you buy a new house?

No? It's the same way of thinking after all...

Anyway, I don't have VS code, but a trick that works on a lot of software (coding or not) and especially on VS Professional is Ctrl + mouse wheel, have you tried it?

Sometimes for certain software, it can also be Ctrl + -

Have you tried?

In Visual Studio, Ctrl + F12 opens a window, not zoom.

So, I'm surprised that this combination does something else in VS Code.

Test CTRL+F12 on VS Pro, you'll see it zooms in, and testing it on any browser does the same thing. But let's imagine I didn't do CTRL+F12, would you know how to reset the initial size?
