Hello,

Could you please tell me how to access my box ***@*** "cegeteldsl.com"? (not "cegetel.net"). SFR apparently cannot help me. Thank you.

Merry Christmas

Hello,

In the event that they have been forgotten, that it is an old email and that there is no active subscription with SFR, there is no solution: assuming that a third-party backup method (another email address, SMS...) has been set up and that a password reset is done after entering the email address as the identifier: there will still be no access to identification on an SFR account that one does not have or no longer has, since the identifier itself will be incorrect.

Hello Brucine, thank you for your response. How can we find out if the subscription "***@***cegeteldsl.com" is no longer active? We used this email address 6 years ago.

Based on the principle of Russian dolls, SFR took over Neuf, which took over Cegetel, and most likely maintains the old Cegetel addresses contractually as long as they are functioning.

But to be able to manage the account, you have to have continued this subscription with Neuf and then SFR, otherwise the identifier you are trying to enter with SFR is unknown.

I had a similar problem recently with an Orange address on an account I canceled more than 2 years ago, but the address worked until someone tried to hack it: Orange blocked my password and asked me to change it, which I am unable to do as I need to log into an Orange account that I no longer have: the moral of the story is that the address is dead.

Hello Barnabe0057, we found the login ID and the password, but there is no webmail in the SFR Business Client area... I don't understand.. I have this old email address that is activated but I don't see my emails in it, I don't have access to this inbox and I have written several emails to SFR Business asking to delete this email address... They haven't done anything at all... I don't know what to do anymore...
