Scroll through photos in multiple folders
FMDCC -
Hello,
I have a Photos folder on my computer where I regularly copy and paste my pictures.
To keep things organized, I've created several folders by theme (family, vacations, etc.)
In my Vacations folder, I have other subfolders for different trips.
Since I take a lot of photos on vacation, I've also created a subfolder for each day.
When I look at my photos, the old Windows Photo Viewer suits me just fine as it is very user-friendly and allows for an automatic slideshow of the photos in the selected folder.
And here’s my question:
I would like to be able to automatically cycle through all the photos from one of my trips without having to exit the folder and restart a slideshow each time.
I would also like to be able to choose for the photos to cycle randomly.

Hello madmyke,
Thanks for the tip, I hadn’t noticed that this option was available. Previously, I would double-click on one of my photos and then start the slideshow from the "day" sub-folder using the Windows viewer.
Note that in order for the "Manage/Image Tools" tab => Slideshow to appear, you need to have at least one photo in the "stay" sub-folder beforehand.
The photos then scroll in order. If I want to be able to make them scroll randomly, what software do you recommend?
