Continental edison remote control not working anymore

Hello, my remote control wasn't working anymore. I've just solved the problem. You need to remove the batteries, press the buttons, any of them, put the batteries back, and it works. I also tried it with another remote that hadn't worked for months, and it works too. It's also an Edison remote. There was no TV app that worked for Continental.

Good evening, I followed your advice but the problem persists. The remote works for 30 seconds and then poof!!!! no more reactions.

The buttons on the TV work without issue, the remote's light comes on correctly when pointed at the TV.

I have a 160 TV but I can't use it. Does anyone have a solution??
