Facebook Dating désactivé

Hello, my Facebook account has been disabled.
I sent a selfie video to verify my identity, but it was not accepted and my account was disabled...
How can I recover it?
Thank you

Same here... I sent the video during my vacation and 15 days later, I open the Dating page and see that my account has been suspended. I struggled to digest the fact that an algorithm or even a person (which I doubt) would dare to say that I'm not me without even giving you the chance to try again... when I've been on Facebook for 12 years ????. I've dealt with this kind of thing on other apps and if the algorithm didn't "recognize" you, you could at least try again... Here it really frustrated me. Unlike other applications, I had much better quality contacts on Dating. And the worst part is that you can't even complain... or you can, but they probably don't care.
It's been over a year since I got it... they asked me to make a selfie video to confirm my identity and in my opinion, since I have long hair in my profile pictures and in my attached selfie they didn't recognize me...
It's really not fair...
maybe... sorry...
There are plenty of dating sites all over the internet, use another one. ;)
It's not a very democratic way of doing things. It's a bit like being declared guilty of a crime without having the chance to defend ourselves. As I mentioned earlier, in other apps, they give you the opportunity to try again... It's really a poor process.
The same thing happened to me. Based on photos from other users that showed flowers, landscapes, and highly philosophical thoughts, I put a picture of my feet (which were clean and nicely tanned) on my profile. Two days later, I was subjected to the "selfie" check with no prior possibility to replace my feet with my face.
Needless to say, the resemblance between the selfie I was forced to provide and my toes was not striking; however, FB's decision was: deactivation of the profile with no chance to appeal.
FB wants to be more royalist than the king; even the police grants some time to comply if you don’t have your papers on you during a check.
It’s a bit like throwing Zuckerberg in jail right after hearing him in connection with the Cambridge Analytica scandal....
