Hello

My daughter is going to the Blackpink concert on Sunday.

She has a Mobility Inclusion card, so she is a priority for entry.

She has a VIP3 pit ticket, so she is allowed to attend the soundcheck before the concert, and she must arrive by noon, but where?? At the regular pit entrances? Or at P38 for people with disabilities?

    Why ask the question on a computer help forum instead of directly reaching out to the venue itself?

    In the venue's FAQ, I read:
    How can I access the VIP offer (Lounges/Boxes)?
    We invite you to contact our dedicated teams via this email (click on the blue word)

    You can also click on the mention "oops I didn't understand everything," which opens a contact form.

    Sorry to ask my question here, but it's impossible to reach the Accor Arena either by email (no response) or by phone (long wait then it hangs up, I've been trying for 2 weeks) or on Messenger (the message has been unread for a week).

    I took the liberty of asking the question on this forum because I've seen that other people have asked questions about concerts here.
