Graphics card screen display snow when the PC is powered off

Hello,

Everything is said in the title, but every time I put my PC to sleep or shut it down, I get a screen for 1-2 seconds of static (white and gray dots) on my entire screen, and with the speakers, it creates a noise. The graphics card is new, so if you know how to fix this issue, I would appreciate it.

It's a Gigabyte RX 6750 XT (3 fans).

    Hello,

    If the graphics card is new, the best thing to do is to send it back for warranty.

    Yes, but there is only this problem that is not really disturbing because it only happens when my screens turn off and I constantly use my graphics card; I would lose at least a week with the exchanges.
    Don't you have a solution to resolve this issue?
