Hello, I have a problem with my computer; it has been stuck for several months on "please wait, we are updating the system."

    Hello,

    Press the M/A button for a moment to force the computer to shut down;

    Unplug all battery plugs.

    Wait for 1 hour, maybe 2 hours, and then plug everything back in.

    Gently turn it back on; it might finish its update and we'll see what happens.
