Automatic Disconnection

Hello,

I would like to disable the automatic pick-up on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro and go back to answering calls by pressing the green button.

Hello

Open your phone app, then in the top right, the 3 little dots

Then press on phone accounts and you will see among other things automatic reply and you disable it

I don't have that option. I only have settings and help, and no phone account. Can you give me another solution, please? Thank you.

Hello again

I have the Note 8 Pro and I have all of that... so are you sure you have the Redmi Note 8 Pro? Can you go to settings, then about the device, and give me your MIUI version?

Here is mine: MIUI GLOBAL 12.5.15.0 5(RGGEUXM)

Just to be sure, are you using the default app on the Redmi and not one that you downloaded, and are you going to your phone app to see what I mentioned before?

If necessary, open your phone app, then go to settings and take a screenshot that you can attach here..

Have you checked in accessibility?
