Live audio/video sync issue on Twitch

Hello,

I'm starting to stream on Twitch by playing from my PS5, and I'm using an Elgato HD60 X and OBS software. I'm also directly connected by cable to my internet box.

My problem is that sometimes the game sound is delayed compared to the image. My microphone sound is fine and in sync with the game image.
During the same live stream, the sound can be out of sync at the beginning and then return to being synchronized without me knowing why it wasn't synced from the start. When I stream, I don't have any other devices connected to my box that could reduce the quality of the stream.

Do you have a solution for me?
