Hello,

I have a Giga set A605H landline phone with an answering machine. I have messages, the light is flashing, I dial 661, and I hear you have no messages.

Thank you for your reply.

Have a nice day.

    Hello,

You should test by calling the landline from, for example, a mobile phone.

The phone may ring, then the operator's voicemail may take over before the answering machine, or vice versa. You need to check the programming (time and/or number of rings and activation/deactivation) of both voicemails.

The indicator may simply show a missed call.

    Hello

The flashing message indicator does not necessarily mean that there is a voice message on the local answering machine or on your Bouygues operator's voicemail.

The indicator also flashes to signal one or more missed calls.

Extract from the manual page 19

See the manual on page 20 to open the said journal, see the numbers that tried to reach you without leaving a message, and stop the flashing.
