Hello,

I was a victim of a burglary, so my PS5 and some items were stolen. The not-so-smart thief kept my PSN account, which he is using to play, so I called Sony, and they can't do anything, and neither can the police. I would like to know if it's possible to find the thief using his IP address, knowing that I still have access to my PSN account through the app on my phone.

    Good evening,

    CCM does not have the means to identify an internet user from their IP address. It would not be legal to disclose this address to you or to indicate on a public site methods intended to lift the anonymity of individuals.

    Only judicial authorities (judges, upon filing a complaint and a request for information) can request such information from internet service providers.
