My SSD's active time spikes to 100% for no reason.

Hello everyone,
Regularly, the activity time of my SSD spikes to 100% for no apparent reason (at least I haven't found one). This causes the PC to become unusable for a few seconds, the mouse moves but no software responds during this time. I have tested numerous solutions found on the Internet but nothing has worked so far.
Here is an image of what it looks like in the task manager:

Here is some information about the computer:

SSD KINGSTON SA400S37240G
16GB of RAM
Windows 10

Hello, when your disk is at 100%, go to the task manager, processes, and disk usage; this will allow you to see which process is using your disk.
PS: At a certain point when the PC is not being used, like when watching a movie, it’s perfectly normal for your disk and CPU to be used; these are background tasks that Windows performs, such as Windows Defender scans, for example. Normally, as soon as you move the mouse, these tasks should stop, and your disk and CPU usage should drop back to 0 - 5% usage.

Good evening, thank you for your response.
When my disk is at 100%, all applications "freeze", they go into "Not Responding" mode and return to normal when the disk is no longer at 100%. When I tried to see which process was using the disk, I couldn't see it because the task manager didn't update until it was finished. However, I tried to look in the resource monitor, and there I was able to see that a very large amount of data was being read and especially written at the time of the freeze by the System process.
Hoping this can help,
Best regards -
Test your drive with crystaldiskmark, this will allow you to check if the read and write speeds are within the standard.

Here are the data that come out, I don't know much about it but they seem a bit strange to me...

Indeed, there is clearly a problem with the writing speed of your SSD; according to the manufacturer's data, the maximum write speed is 350 MB/s, but here it's barely 38 MB/s, which is clearly the cause of your random freezes.

I just did it again (only the first line), I reached 422 in reading and 108 in writing. And by doing it again, I got to 550 in reading and 150 in writing (I should note that in step 1 I was at 35MB/s, then in step 2 I was at 45 and in step 3 I went up to 150).
And here we go again, I made a new one but with an average over 9 samples:
The results seem quite random...He says that

try to install https://crystalmark.info/en/software/crystaldiskinfo/ and check the results to see if the application says it's correct
