Instagram account blocked: date of birth error

Hello,

I tried to create an Instagram account last night, and I made a mistake with my date of birth. Instagram blocked me because I'm "too young," I assume, since I wrote 23/10/2020... obviously...

I sent my ID as they requested, but I can't tell if it has been received because the SEND button remains greyed out... and there's no notification indicating it was received.

I no longer have access to the account, it's labeled "User Not Found," and I need this account urgently. Do you have any advice for me?

    unfortunately I don't even have access to my account settings,

    I only have access to this page

    Which is why I don't know if my ID card has been received properly.

    The same goes for the form, I can't send it because it asks me to:
