Reporting and deleting an Instagram account

Hello, my Instagram account has been removed because some people have played around by reporting it. This is the third time I've recreated one, and I'm really starting to get fed up. How can I secure my account or possibly recover the accounts that have been deleted?

Yes, but here it's the opposite, meaning that it's people who are having fun reporting my account and not me trying to report an account.
