Gray circle on my Oppo A31 mobile screen

Hello,

I don't know what I did while browsing the settings, but suddenly a gray circle is following my movements on the screen.

I have tried my best to remove it by searching through the settings and also looking up explanations from online help, but found no solution.

This circle blocks me while navigating.
