I changed my operating system and since then the sound on my PC doesn't work anymore.

My PC is from the brand Itel Able 1.

If someone could send me a link to find the driver for my PC, I would really appreciate it.

    Hello.

    This PC from the manufacturer Itel, known for its low-end PCs and the lack of the ability to download drivers ON ITS WEBSITE, which is the bare minimum for a manufacturer.

    In this case, you have no choice but to detect your drivers on driverscloud.
