Messenger status activated but no green dot.

Hello,

Can you tell me why my green dot does not appear on Messenger even though I have activated the online status? This means that none of my friends can see that I am online, and I cannot see their green dots either.

    Hello

    Have you checked that the option "Show when you are active" is ticked?
