      Hello

      I don't really know; but "document stuck in printing," then exchanging an ink cartridge.

      Impossible to cancel the blocked document in printing, then 3 hours spent on the phone with HP support "this error code = hardware problem, go buy another printer!"

        Hello, same issue today with mine, it's an old model so buying a new one is what she told me, we can't get assistance on it... always expenses, it only lasted 6 years, pff
