Magneto connection with peritel on tv with hdmi

I just bought a Philips OLED TV. How do I connect my VCR combo with a SCART connection to the TV with an HDMI port? You mentioned buying a converter, but I'm not sure what to choose: HDMI to SCART or SCART to HDMI.
Additionally, a link in the forum directs me to an article on Amazon, but apparently the item is no longer available...
I'm having difficulty with technical terms, so please explain it to me in simple terms.

You just need to connect it as shown in the sketches or mini-video. At worst, their return policy is super simple and free (I've tested it !)
For the power supply, you'll see that they plug the USB cable into a power adapter, but as mentioned in a previous exchange, you can make it simpler if you have a USB port on the TV,
