Bonjour,

depuis quelques mois mon Windows (Windows 10) bug, en effet, le bureau se fige (la barre de tache du bas aussi) ma seule solution est de redémarrer l'ordinateur

le logiciel "film et TV" (pour lire les vidéo) ne veux plus se fermer, pareille pour la calculatrice elle ne se ferme plus, je suis obliger d'allé dans le gestionnaire de tache pour terminé le processus.

si quelqu'un a une piste ça m'arrangerais bien !

    Ensuite si le disque est ok, essayez la commande de réparation sfc /scannow.

      Super ! merci pour ces réponses, le disque est bon a 99%

      par contre j'ai effectuer la réparation et la il y a de quoi parler !

      j'ai des note dans le fichier CBS.Log depuis le 2022-09-16 05:50:50, pas avant (date du début des problème?)

      des réparation ont été effectué et voilà les principales causes (j'ai enlever les lignes en bon état)

      j'aimerais avoir de l'aide pour déchiffrer ces lignes, je pense qu'elles ont été réparer mais j'aimerais savoir d'ou venais l'erreur et comment faire pour ne plus avoir ce problème

        99% ce n'est pas 100% et donc ce n'est pas bon signe. De plus ça corroborerait le fait qu'il y ai des erreurs sous Windows et donc ce serait la cause possible.

        C'est un disque dur SSD ou HDD ?

        Parfois la réparation windows suffit, mais même si c'est le cas je surveillerai attentivement l'état du disque, un test et réparation par jour durant une semaine, si les erreurs continuent il sera urgent de changer ce disque.
        Et attention les SSD ça a tendance à faire du on/off, genre ça plante d'un coup et tout est perdu.

        Il serait aussi urgent d'envisager un sauvegarde quotidienne de vos données, par exemple sur un cloud, c'est d'ailleurs ce qui sevrait se faire en priorité sur n'importe quel pc dés le départ.

          C'est un ssd, le 99 c'est pour le nombre d'heure de fonctionnement (1732)

          par contre j'ai un autre disque (qui me sert uniquement a du stockage) qui est mal en point:

          il a des secteur réalloués

          des secteur instable

          et des erreur incorrigible d'un secteur.

          je sais que tout est liée et que donc ça ne donne qu'une seule erreur mais il me fait un peut peur !
