Saba TV issues with channels connected to the digital terrestrial television.

Hello, good evening, I'm reaching out regarding my television because there's an issue with tuning the TNT channels, so it's not working. I need to know if you've ever had this problem, as it's grayed out. I went to the TV and nothing works; I've done all the settings.

Yesterday, the technician told me to buy a male-to-female cable, I connected it, but it's still the same. If you could help me, please, thank you.

    What is happening at the neighbors'?

    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug everything back in. Then perform an automatic channel search.
    If there are no results and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial setup" or "factory reset" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
