Versus v_book 14slvv3 Sound Card Driver

Hello,

I'm looking for the driver for the sound card of a portable versus v_book 14slvv3, on Windows 10.

No matter how many sound drivers I install, it doesn't work.

I wanted to ask if any of you have the same model of computer on Windows 10 with the sound working, if you could make a backup of your sound card driver with dedicated software, and leave me a link on this forum so I can download the backup driver and install it on my computer.

I've been advised this solution.

    Hello,

    Give the hardware identification number of the device
    Check this --> Find the identification number of a device
    Post the number in your next message.
    Example image:

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bit

    Download this driver --> Realtek

    Right-click on the driver --> 200042751_......cab
    Select --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to "200042751_......\"

    Go to the device manager
    Right-click on the device
    Update driver
    Browse my computer for drivers
    Choose from a list of drivers...
    Have Disk
    Browse
    Go to the extracted driver folder --> 200042751_......
    Select the file --> HDXSSTM.inf and OK.
    Restart.
