Hello,

I have an "Amazfit Band 5" bracelet whose Bluetooth connection was accidentally disconnected. The phone recognizes the bracelet, but I am unable to re-pair it!!! What can I do? The phone is a "XIAOMI Redmi Note 10". I have tried restarting both the phone and the bracelet, but without success!

    Hello,

    check that the bracelet is not associated with anything else.

    So start by unpairing it, usually, it's done by a long press of about 10 seconds on the right button.

    And there you go ....

    But goodness, those line breaks are so annoying!!

    Hello!

    I confirm that this bracelet is not connected to any other device and that it does not have a pairing button!!! It is recognized by the phone, it is noted as being unpaired, but it is impossible to get any option! I would simply like to know how to remove the bracelet from Bluetooth so that I can restart the process, as I have no access to an "forget" or "delete" option, nor anything else.

      There is indeed a button or an app to unpair and re-pair, otherwise, will it just go about its life with whichever one comes along first?

        Finally found the solution!!! Uninstall the app, restart the phone, reinstall the app, and be careful how you enter the settings!!!
