Bluetooth speaker problem in Red Mi Note Pro 11+

Hello,
I have a small issue between my Peugeot 3008 car and my Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro+ regarding the sound connection of the vehicle's speakers.
Let me explain: the phone is properly connected to the car's Bluetooth and is recognized. During a call, the ringing tone is coming from the vehicle's speaker, but when we answer, the sound stays on the phone; I have to do a manipulation to force the sound to come from the speaker:
- I click on the phone button (see photo), then the connected devices appear, and I click on the one for the vehicle, and that works.
My question is how to automatically set the sound to the car's speaker when I receive or make a call?
Thank you for your help.

I found the solution, you need to change the Bluetooth version on the phone.
Go to settings, then additional settings, developer options, and in the Bluetooth section, select the ACRVP 1.6 version. After that, you must restart the phone to apply the changes. Now the sound comes out on all Bluetooth devices.
To access the developer option, follow the procedure here https://www.hardreset.info/fr/devices/xiaomi/xiaomi-mi-11/options-pour-les-developpeurs/
