Amour Sucré account recovery

Hello everyone,

I have a problem, I have several accounts on Amour Sucré, I know it's not allowed but I've invested quite a bit of money into it that should make up for it. Unfortunately, my computer crashed and I haven't entered the passwords in years.

For one of the accounts, my email address has been disabled, I can't get back to it and I can't retrieve the password, I've tried everything. Is there another way for me to recover this account? Knowing that I've invested quite a bit of money into it, it would really bother me not to be able to access it.
