Hello, I'm sending this message to ask for help.
I configured Ventoy on my 16GB USB stick, with the Tails ISO on it, but when I launch it on my computer, and change the boot priority in the UEFI BIOS, the computer restarts into Windows.
I'm on a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3.

Did you create your Ventoy key in GPT?
Have you tried the Boot Menu?https://www.malekal.com/liste-touches-acces-bios-boot-menu-constructeur/
If you don't see it, you can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key"
You can also try different ports.
Disable Secure Boot...
