Sony KDL-40EX520 TV blinks twice

Hello everyone, internet users and experts of this site.

My Sony Bravia KDL40EX520 is blinking 2 times every 3 seconds, no picture, no sound, nothing.

It's an error code related to the power supply.

Power supply board APS 285

I saw on the forum to short the power connector for 1 hour, I did that and nothing happened.

I will test the power supply without load by bridging 2 pins, disconnecting the motherboard, measuring the 3.3v, 12v, 24v.

I will only do it this weekend...

Is this a common failure???

    Hello again everyone......

    Before doing the dry test of the power supply board, I still wanted to test the transistors, diode, and MOSFETs....

    I desoldered 2 MOSFETs KF5N50 because they were completely dead, short-circuited. There are also black squares with strange values on the solder side; these are R6548, 6550, 6549, 6547, 6551, and they are labeled 100, 103, 330. Are these resistors??? They are soldered with the MOSFETs; should I change them directly????

    Just to remind you, this is a power supply board APS 285 for a Sony TV...
