Red LED status "BOOT" - no video signal

Hello everyone,
First of all, here is the configuration related to this request for your convenience:
- GPU MSI --> GeForce RTX 3060 Ti VENTUS 3X 8G OC LHR
- Motherboard Gigabyte --> B660 GAMING X DDR4
- CPU Intel --> i5-12400F
- SSD Crucial --> Primary (M.2 P5 Plus 1To) / Secondary (SATA MX500 2To)
- RAM Corsair --> Vengeance RGB RS 2 x 8Go
- Case Corsair --> 4000D Airflow
- Fan Corsair --> 6 x LL120 RGB
- Power Supply Corsair --> RM750x
- CPU Cooler Aerocool --> Cylon 4 RGB
- Thermal Paste Noctua --> NT-H1
I recently assembled this beautiful little beast, and to my great regret, there is no display during boot.
After checking the LEDs on the motherboard, I noticed one tagged "BOOT" in red ... :/
Here is the verification sequence for the motherboard:
- CPU
- DRAM
- VGA
- BOOT
As you can see, it's the last step that is causing the problem.
To troubleshoot this, I referred to various topics created here, but nothing works :(
To summarize, here are some tests performed:
- Another monitor + changing the cable (here HDMI) (I can't test Display Port as my screen doesn't have one. Moreover, since my CPU is gaming-oriented, there's no integrated chipset, so I can't test from the motherboard's HDMI port, which complicates things a bit ...)
- Changing the RAM slot, trying one stick then the other
- Clear CMOS
- Booting only with the primary SSD intended for the OS (M.2)
- Booting only with the secondary SSD intended for the gaming partition (SATA)
- No storage
- Bootable SSD as it works on a laptop installed with Win10 Pro
I suspect that the bottleneck is at the power supply level; I had previously done simulations on power calculators online like BeQuiet or manual calculations.

try to update the BIOS using the Q-Flash Plus button (manual > https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_b660-features_n.pdf?v=b1238bb211fec3e5947e111a76c13c62)

It's strange but according to the image and the manual (it seems that the VGA LED is lighting up and not the boot)
VGA means that the issue is coming from the GPU
If you have another GPU on hand to test....
Alright, I based myself on what the manual showed; but well, since apparently it's the boot...
The latest BIOS update for this motherboard is version F5 or F5e (but that's for supporting the i9-12900ks)
By default, it comes with version F2
The F4, in my opinion, will work perfectly, you will find a file B660GAMINGXDDR4.F4 ; you need to rename it to GIGABYTE.BIN, then move it to a FAT32 formatted USB drive
The USB drive goes in the back under the RJ45 (as shown in the image)
.... Normally you can flash without the CPU/RAM/GPU; just the power supply The procedure (flash) can take more than 5 minutes
Then, when everything is in place, you need to hold the Qflash button for 3 seconds or more or less until the LED next to it lights up
...
If despite all this there's still nothing, then maybe there's a problem with the pins on your CPU socket

As for the BIOS flash, I've already done it following @jumulka's response, but in version F5.
I removed all components to be sure and followed the procedure you described above, with the only difference being that I renamed the file "B660GAMINGXDDR4.F5" after copying it onto the USB stick.
Do you think I should rollback to version F4? If so, should I try with the components connected or remove everything again to avoid any impact?

I'm not trying to prove you wrong .... So don't worry about that, I believed you (you even showed it to me in a photo) and the CM manual talks about 3 versions.
So I concluded that it showed another version in the demonstration.
Anyway, for the flashing... There won't be any issues, I'll send you the link
Do whatever you want; personally, I advise you to remove it so you can take a look at the socket pins and see if they are bent or not. or not properly aligned...
(I use my phone in video mode with flash then I zoom and focus) it's handy to distinguish well.
Uh for the bios file that you will move to the USB formatted in FAT32 (I insist)
The file B660GAMINGXDDR4.F4 MUST be renamed to MSI.ROM. (I insist again ^^ as I wrote) and then put it at the root of the USB; that is to say, without anything else around or other files or folders...

Remember to update the b660 chipset from the AMD website (since there's a newer version there) than on the motherboard site

Unfortunately, there's still no video signal.
I paid close attention to the prerequisites and the procedure; the flash seems to have been performed correctly when I compare the result with various video tutorials on this Q-flash method.
Unfortunately, I don't have any other CPUs for a potential test from the integrated chipset. Should I perhaps return this 12400f for a 12400 to get one?
What do you advise me to do?
