Call cut off when phone is off

Hello,

I currently have an iPhone 6s and I regularly call someone, but recently, every time I turn off my phone, the call disconnects by itself, whether it's on Instagram or just a regular phone call!
I haven't found anything on the subject and I would like to know why and how to fix this problem?

    Hello,

    On an Android smartphone, by default, turning off the screen with the power button does not end the call. But you can change this setting in the phone's settings.

    I assume it's the same on an iPhone. Therefore, I invite you to check the phone app settings.

      Either the question is to be taken "at face value" and indeed it is absurd, even "troll-like"... and there was actually no use in answering it.... Or, the question is simply "poorly worded" and by "extinction" it actually refers to that of the screen and not the entire phone... Hence the usefulness of the suggestion made by Pierr10....

      In short, just waiting for Tartiflette's response....

    How do you expect to continue an ongoing call by turning off your phone!

    Of course, turning it off will inevitably disconnect the call!
