I live in France with a Bouygues rechargeable card; when my wife calls me from Réunion, do I also have to pay???

    you are in France, you are not responsible for the calls you receive.
    you do not pay to receive calls

    you pay for receiving when you are not in the country where you subscribed to your contract.
    similarly, if you are abroad, and your friends call you on your number (French), you are the one who pays the surcharge, not them.
