Transfer Facebook likes from one page to another

Hello,

I have two Facebook pages for two different music training programs. One has about 700 likes while the other (newer) only has a hundred.

Is it possible (and how!!!) to encourage friends from the first page to like the second one?

    You need to advertise on your first page to invite your subscribers to the second one... but no, you can't transfer likes...

      Is there no way to send a group private message to all the likes on the first page encouraging them to go to the second?

      Because I already made a post in this regard, but only the "active" ones from the first page went there...

        no... the messaging of pages only works with people who have already written to you (the page can "respond" to its "fans", but it cannot initiate the conversation)

        however, your personal profile can send private messages to groups (via your private messaging) for advertising purposes...
