Snapchat video call bug

I'm having a problem with Snapchat.

When I want to call someone on a video call, they can see me, but I can't see them.

Do you have any solutions to this problem?

    Hello, I have the same issue. The people do not see me on video calls on Snapchat, but I can see them and I can see myself in the box that corresponds to me. They see my Bitmoji, and the camera is activated. I am using a Samsung A8 tablet. Could you help me if someone knows why? Thank you in advance, I look forward to your responses.
