Hello,

I am renting a furnished apartment with a Grandin TV and an FPE multimedia remote model 080019. Earlier, I accidentally pressed the "all off" button on the remote and now it's completely stuck: I can't change the channel, adjust the volume, or turn off the TV by pressing the standby button. Each time I try something, the Mute button lights up red. I have tried programming it using the Power button and automatic search programming to reset everything, but the remote remains stuck. I don’t have the code for the TV or the remote (and no manual either, otherwise it wouldn't be fun)

Does anyone have any idea or solution to disable this All off button?

Just in case...

How to unlock a universal remote control?

Press and hold the 2 and 8 buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds until the light blinks twice. Enter the code 9 8 1, the LED blinks 4 times. The remote control is now reset to its factory settings.
