Unexpected error

Hello,

I am on macOS Monterey and I installed an application from Safari, but at the end of the download, Finder displays a message saying: "Unable to complete the operation because an unexpected error occurred (error code 101000)."

What can I do to resolve this issue and successfully open my downloaded file?
