I have a desktop PC with Windows 10 32-bit, I installed Canon MF 3010, printing works fine but the scanner doesn't work, I have a message in the photo

    What is your desktop PC to run Windows 10 in 32 Bits?

    Can you specify your printer? ... Is it a laser?
