Unable to create a Google account.

Hello,

On my Samsung, when I try to connect to a Google account and click on "connect," it says in big letters "Verifying information..." and then it shows a message saying that the server is not accessible or something like that. The problem has been ongoing for a few months and I can't get rid of it! Can you help me??

    If you can connect to an account but cannot create one, the problem is not with your version of Android. In this case, you can try to create a Google account at this address: https://accounts.google.com/SignUp?continue=https%3A%2F%2Faccounts.google.com%2FManageAccount%3Fnc%3D1 and log in from your phone.

      Hello, that's very kind of you. I can connect to my Google account through Chrome, but I can't log into the account directly on Google or YouTube, and of course, save it on my phone.
