Hello!
Recently, on my Android device (Samsung a20e), I've been having issues with the storage of music files from the Spotify app.
What happened was that the previously downloaded songs no longer had the symbol indicating that they were downloaded. The "not downloaded" songs were still very much present on my SD card, considering the little storage left.
I then tried to delete them manually and found on a forum that Spotify files (when set to store on the SD card) were located in /storage/[CARTESD]/Android/data/com.spotify.music (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/Stockage-carte-sd/td-p/1253816)
I realized that I had nothing at this address. Just a Zarchiver folder (which is not normal since I have already moved applications to my SD card).
The problem is that if I use the Samsung file explorer, when I am in the Android folder, it tells me there are 120 files in the data folder. And of course, when I click on it, I can't find anything.
I want to clarify in case that I have checked the option to see hidden folders/files.
Can you please help me?

Good evening,
What you are saying is not a certainty; it is only by deduction... Not necessarily so.
The Samsung explorer does not go further than "Home" in the folders... To see these folders, you need an explorer like ESexplorer_Pro and a "Rooted" smartphone... Otherwise, you don’t see anything (you don’t see everything).
A connection to a PC (Windows or Linux) allows you to go further, but generally with command lines, using a "Putty" console or implementing ADB validated on your Phone... and there, you can start learning the commands to achieve your goals...
Here is an example that shows folders you don’t see with your explorer (acct for example):

Hello,
The "Android/data" directory contains the "sensitive" data of applications. For security reasons, access to this folder is heavily restricted on recent versions of Android. If you want to delete the contents of this directory, you need to clear the cache of the applications.
