J'ai téléchargé une version win10 sur le site de Microsoft sur une clé USB sur mon portable, L'installation ces bien déroulé mais a la fin le message dit que l'installation a échoué,

Tu avais déjà Windows 10 pourquoi as-tu téléchargé à nouveau Windows 10 ?
Dans ton titre tu dis :

Internet bloqué

Aucune autre explication, en plus tu parles de ton installation de Windows qui n'a rien à voir avec ta connexion internet, tout ça est très confus et part dans tous les sens, pourrais-tu m'expliquer plus clairement et plus précisément ton problème ?

start,exe apparaissait a l"ouverture et apparait encore après l'installation 

C'est normal c'est une tâche planifiée orpheline je te ferai un script pour la supprimer une fois que tu auras répondu à mes questions.
Tu as Avast comme antivirus et pourtant il n'apparaît pas dans le centre de sécurité de Windows, il y a aussi un problème à ce niveau.
Chrome est infecté par un moteur de recherche parasite.
Tu as aussi deux logiciels totalement inutiles :
- Avast Secure Browser https://www.malekal.com/avast-secure-browser/
- Spybot Search & Destroy logiciel inutile.
Tu peux les désinstaller.

Cerise sur le gâteau tu as désactivé un tas de services et applications utiles, il faut vraiment que tu arrêtes de bricoler ton pc car ce n'est pas étonnant qu'il fonctionne mal.

Normal que rien ne fonctionne tout est désactivé, je vais essayer de te faire faire quelques manipulations, Windows est trés endommagé si ça ne fonctionne pas il faudra réinstaller Windows.

Pour désinfecter le pc et supprimer le start.exe au démarrage fait ce qui suit :

Désinstalle Avast avec cet outil d'avast ne t'innquiète pas Windows Defender prendra le relais.

Procédure à faire dans l'ordre indiqué :

1- Ouvre FRST en tant qu'administrateur pour cela avec le bouton droit de ta souris sur FRST et choisis exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
2 - Copie l'intégralité du script qui est dans l'encadré qui suit :

3- Une fois le script copié clique sur Corriger, FRST prend automatiquement le script qui est dans le presse-papier.



Laisse la correction se faire une fois qu'elle est terminée il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton pc, fait-le dès que cela te sera demandé, voir ci-dessous.
Puis une fois ton ordinateur redémarré :
4- Tu auras un fichier Fixlog sur ton bureau ensuite envoie ces rapports sur https://www.cjoint.com/ voir ce tutoriel puis donne le lien généré par Cjoint dans ton prochain message.

5- Pour les services désactivés il va falloir que tu les réactive toi-même.
Tu as la liste des services désactivés dans mon précédent message voir cette page plusieurs méthodes sont possibles à toi de voir.

6- Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas :

Fait une réparation de Windows 10 sans perte de données (tout est conservé).
Pour cela il faut que tu télécharges l'ISO de Windows 10 tout est indiqué dans cette page.

7- Si c'est toujours pareil il ne te reste plus qu'à réinstaller Windows 10.

FRST ne fonctionne pas en mode correction car il ne trouve pas le script

C'est parce que tu ne fais pas ce qui est indiqué il faut copier le script penser à bien ouvrir FRST en tant qu'administrateur et cliquer sur corriger, relis la procédure et fait ce qui est indiqué, si tu n'y arrives toujours pas télécharge ce fichier texte qui s'appelle fixlist via ce lien pour le télécharger il faudra cliquer sur :


Enregistre le fichier fixlist au même endroit que FRST c'est à dire comme ça :

Une fois que tu as fait ça, ouvre FRST en tant qu'administrateur et clique sur Corriger.
