Hello,

I am experiencing an issue related to transparencies when I export my InDesign document as a PDF.

My export settings are as follows (with text vectorization):

My document is 2 pages long. On the first page, there is no problem (text vectorized and transparency is okay); however, on the second page, my text is not vectorized and what should be a "colorized photo" exports as a flat color.

Desired rendering:

Thank you for your help!

If you have transparency on a page, the text on the page will be vectorized... so it shouldn't come from the font...

Is your "colored image" the same on page 1 and page 2?

      Hello

No but it's the same principle. An image with 100% opacity in the background and a color block with 90% opacity on top.

I also tried integrating an image (with 10% opacity) directly into the color block and I get the same result...

I never had this problem before switching to the 2022 version of INDD

      Thank you :)

If it's following an update, wait for the fixes or ask for help from Adobe's hotline.. You're paying a subscription, you deserve at least that!
