Installation blocked

Hello,
I'm asking for help because since this morning I've been trying to reinstall Windows 10 on my computer. The problem is that after quite a few mishaps, I've found myself stuck at the "services" step, after configuring Cortana, etc. What is displayed on the screen? Not much, just a gray background with a blue window that has a tab called "services" with the following text: "You're almost there. Just a few more details to sort out, and you'll be able to use Windows. I can't wait to start helping you!"

And I've been stuck here for 20 minutes now.

I want to specify that I'm on a tower-type computer with 2 HDD drives.
One disk of 1TB split into 2
And one disk of 200GB split into 4

I installed on disk 0 partition 1 with "Primary" as the partition designation (1TB drive).

Configuration: Android / Chrome 101.0.4951.41

    Hello,
    Have you tried restarting the computer? Reinstalling?
    If not, you should start there.

    Edit: You can reset the computer instead.

      I am his brother, he is currently trying but initially we had reset the PC, and the entire hard drive.

      It's good, it worked. I was a bit hesitant to restart and that it would go through. I've been disappointed since 1 PM.
