My 2013 Philips television won't turn on. The red standby LED blinks 2 times, stops for 3 seconds, and then starts again. But nothing lights up. What’s happening? Is there any action to take to get everything working normally, or should I go to a repair shop? Can you help me?

When the LED blinks, it often indicates a problem with the power supply or one of its components.
