Change channel with the numbers

Hello, I have a TCL TV, and the remote allows me to change channels by simply pressing Program +/- but does not work when I press 1, 2, 3, etc. This is very frustrating if we want to go from channel 1 to channel 25... Thank you for letting me know if you have encountered this problem and, most importantly, if you have resolved it... Thank you in advance.

    What happens when you press one of the keys, for example, the 5?
    How do you receive the signal? TNTSAT, TNT direct, Demo, Box...
