Can't change channels? TV or remote?

Hello,
I have a new Philips 32 PFL40007H and I can't change the channels anymore. Is it a problem with the TV or the remote control?? I turn off the TV, turn it back on, it works for a while, then it goes back to the same issue.
Otherwise, very nice picture. And the setup menu is quite simple (except for the choice of required cables). I hope it’s not too serious.
