Google Sheet: "if this cell is filled ..." function

Hello,

In Google Sheets, I can't seem to create a formula that would be:

If this cell in sheet 1 is filled (URL text) then copy the whole row to sheet 2.

In the same spirit:
If this cell is filled then fill the whole row in orange.

The document (sheet 1) contains responses from a Google Form.

Any ideas? I've been trying for several hours but it's not really my area...

    Good evening.

    I do not use Google Sheets; but in most spreadsheets, your first question requires a macro, and the second is only possible with conditional formatting.
