[outlook] closes instead of minimizing

Outlook: when I minimize the window, it closes the window. Not cool at all.

Does anyone know what's going on...?!!

With a right-click on the OUTLOOK icon at the bottom right of the taskbar, check that the option "Hide minimized icon" is not checked :)

it really messed up my life. By unchecking, I realized that Outlook was open about thirty times!
