Orange tv pixelation

Hello,
Even after resetting the box and the Orange decoder, there is a problem with pixelation, frozen image, and no sound.
Where could this issue come from? The ADSL cable is 2 years old.
I also have a problem accessing the replay for Fr2 and Fr3.

    Probably insufficient ADSL bandwidth, check with your ISP

    It is an RJ45 cable that connects the box to the decoder

    No other answers to my problem with ADSL 11.9Mb/854kb; I don't know if we can get better speeds

      It's correct. Ask to change the decoder.

    The good news is that I just received a letter from Orange, announcing the replacement of the decoder.
    It will no longer work in 2 months
